TheLeaseCheck provides automated, informational summaries and red-flag detection for lease documents. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. Always consult a licensed attorney in your state for advice on a specific situation, especially before signing or taking action on a lease.

2. Accuracy

Our AI may make mistakes, miss clauses, or misinterpret state-specific law. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload documents you don't have the right to share, and don't use the service to harass anyone or break the law.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. One-time purchases are non-refundable once an analysis is generated. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the billing period.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheLeaseCheck is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
