Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email and (optionally) display name. When you analyze a lease we store the uploaded PDF, the extracted text, and the AI analysis output, all linked to your account.

How we use it

Your lease text is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini, via the Lovable AI Gateway) only to generate your report and chat answers. We don't sell your data and we don't use your leases to train any AI model.

Storage & access

Files live in encrypted private storage. Row-level security ensures only you can read your own leases. A scorecard is only public if you explicitly click "Share" on it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your rights

You can delete any lease from your dashboard at any time. To delete your entire account, email support@theleasecheck.app.
